This ceremony officiated by YB Datuk P.Kamalanathan, Deputy Minister of Education I ; and also attended by YDH Dato’ A.Thaiveegan (Penang State Chief Police Officer) and MHS President Datuk R.S.Mohan Shan.
Nattukottai Nagarathar Heritage Society mmanaged to compile the history and the memories of Penang Thaipusam in this wonderful book.
