HEALTHY FAMILY BY TRADITIONAL HINDU FOOD

On 23.06.2018, Women Bureau of MHS Bukit Bendera Council organised “Traditional Hindu Food Cooking Demonstration” programme, in collaboration with Consumers Association of Penang at Consumer of Penang Garden, Jalan Masjid Negeri, Penang.

The demonstration was facilitated by Ms.Selvi & Ms.Saras, while witnessed by Mr.Subbarow (Education Office, CAP), Viveka Nayagan A.Tharman (Chairman), Thondarmani S.Kattamah (Women Leader) of MHS Bukit Bendera Council with 30 women participants.

The objective of the program is to encourage and create awareness among our elder & young generations on Hindu healthy traditional foods and the nutrition from the foods. Ultimately, this type of cooking is healthier, while time saving & practice green initiative.

Consumers Association of Penang appreciated on our move & welcoming more collaboration programme from MHS.
