Mr Perpakaran aged 66 . He is ex lab assistant attached with Felda Slim River . In 1998 he had a fall from a 15 feet high which resulted in a bad leg injury. Due to the injury he goes on and off to the hospital. He has been suffering for the past 19 years . 4 months back he had to ampute his leg below the knee as the result of severe diabetes and tenderness . He has 2 childrens whom just graduated and are yet to start to work . Mr Perpakan approached us seeking our assistance to get him a plastic prosthetic leg in order for him to move around easily without burdening anyone .
