The objective of the campaign was to aware the devotees and vendors regarding the drawback of using plastic during Masimagam Theppa Thiruvizha festival.
Approximately 50 students from MyManavar recently volunteered for a beach clean up initiative which held at Sri Singamuga Kaliamman Temple, Teluk Bahang last Saturday.
The students were given a short brief on the problems that are caused by rubbish thrown and understanding on the need to care for the future of mankind and preserve our natural environment.
