Routine screening mammography and early detection of breast cancer save lives. Early detection of breast cancer means that treatment can be started earlier in the course of the disease, possibly before it has spread. This is the international gold standard practice to detect breast cancer at early stage. Cancer Institutions always encouraging all the women go through this screening regularly. Women Bureau of MHS Perak State Council conducted free mammogram screening with a collaboration of Pantai Hospital Ipoh. 12 ladies attended the first round screening and got the results done. They are happier and blessed to participate in this program. Well Done to MHS Perak Team.
